My boys have been going to Kindercare Orem since they were infants. I have never had a concern with their teachers. However, the tuition rates keep going up which is extremely unfair for a single mom like myself. The director, who held the daycare together, has left. New employees are being hired. The daycare is NOT the same. The nw employees are not friendly and I feel that I cannot have a simple conversation with them without feeling like I am annoying them. They take care of my percious boys and it is extremely important that I have some sort of relationship with them, as any parent would feel! Prior to the director leaving, I strongly felt that the daycare was like family. Not anymore. Another frustration I have is that on numerous occasions, I have witnessed the daycare putting prefect good items into the dumpster! This infuriates me beyond belief. I have even told them many times that I will gladly take everything that is not wanted and donate it to the MANY of places that take donations. It is clear that they are unwilling to help the world in regards to homeless childern or whoever else could use the perfectly good items being thrown out. I don't want to take my boys out of the daycare because they have their friends and have grown with the other childern around them. But at this point, I will have to start looking elsewhere. I have mentioned my concerns to them and they do not care. What a great daycare. Not.
