So often when trying to resolve and issue, especially one involving a credit or refund, there is a little bit of push back from the agent due to company policy, NOT THIS TIME. What a relief to be able to call and have friendly, quick, efficient, and accommodating service delivered. Connor checks all the boxes for an excellent customer service call.
