There is NOTHING good about this company. They have the absolute worst costumer service I have ever dealt with, their products are horrible, their size charts are WAY off, and their return process is a joke! After paying $20 to have my items over nighted to me, I didn't recieve them on time, one of my items was back ordered so I had to pick something else I didnt even like in order to recieve it soon. The item I picked to replace the back ordered one was cheaper and they still charged me the same price as the more expensive one. Once I did finally recieve the order I opened the package to find multiple damaged items, my main item was MISSING, and despite the size chart one item didnt even come close to fitting. When telling costumer service how unsatisfied I was the less than helpful rep did overnight replacements for the missing and damaged items (which took 2 more days to get) but didnt offer any other compensation for the fact that I paid $20 extra in shipping and it took just as long to finally get my items as regular shipping would have. I'm not saying give me a bunch of free stuff, but I have never done businees with a company who completely does not care about the huge inconvenience they cause and at least tried to make up for it.
I decided to return one item that did not fit (about $40 shoes, i tried one on and didnt even touch the other), i put it in a box, slapped their return label on (which they charge 5.99 for you to use) and returned it to my nearest UPS dropoff. When I asked for a tracking number UPS told me since I was using the companies return label that they printed that only THEY had the tracking number for each label they sent. So I sent the package back. A month went by and I still hadnt recieved a credit to my paypal for my returned item. I emailed and got an extremely rude, unhelpful rep who of course said she couldn't track it because they dont keep track of each tracking number they send with their return labels... go figure. She told me to wait longer because it could take a while for the item to get processed in their warehouse. At that point i knew i had been scammed and of course they werent going to ever give me my money. It's been about 5 months and still haven't recieved my refund. I gave up even trying. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Find an actual professional lingerie company you wont regret it. The products from lingerie diva may seem to be descently priced, but they are so low quality and the company is so horrible that it is actually just a waste of money.
