Purchased boots from this company that were the wrong size. Paid by debt card AND paid for shipping. Also paid for return shipping. Took customer service over a week to even respond to my email with a "generic" response telling me they "discard" ineligible items. They don't even mail them back to you after you paid all of the shipping costs! And even worse... the boots came in just a bag. No padding and no protection. This is the worst company. Never purchasing anything from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t purchase from this site If you may consider returning the item. They also don’t offer refunds for items purchased by store credit. Read the fine print!
