I have had the gold delivery account for years. However when I tried to send flowers on 3 occasions this past year, I was told, "No delivery available to those addresses". So I had to order flowers from another service who had delivery to my chosen addresses, no problem.
I asked it Interflora UK if they would renew my membership free for another year as I couldn't use it, and they said No. Awful customer service. I will not use them again.
