This company is a total scam. I ordered a vacuum cleaner with mop. After I didn't hear from the company I searched and found a lot of complaints about their products and cancelled the order. The address they used last September was *******@soofancy.com. Website doesn't exist anymore. A while later they told me the order has been shipped and I can't cancel the order anymore. They provided me with a fake tracking code. After I received the vaccuum cleaner without the mop station, I tried it out and it didn't work. I described it in detail to the company and asked for a shipping label to send it back. I had to send them a picture from the item and the packaging and the shipping label. They expected I threw it already out. After I've send the pictures and requested either a shipping label or refund, they told me it is too expensive to send it back and if I'm not satisfied I should sell it to somebody else. When I didn't accepted any of these crap, they offered me a refund of $ 5.00 and later $8.00 I didn't accepted. I refereed to their website about the promises https://www.dealgreate.com/return-policy/ and told them I expect to keep their promise. The website is gone in the meantime and I still don't have a penny back. Now they have on their website an address in China, before was an address in US.
