I ordered November 9,2023 and never received my order. I reached out on December 26,2023 because I wanted it for a Christmas gift and told them just to cancel it since I have never received it. All I got back was "you can't cancel". It's been almost 2 months so I'm going to file a complaint with my credit card next. This place is horrible and I will never order from here again. My advice…look some place else for the item!
