I pre ordered some of the new Monster High boots back in December and hadn't gotten them and its nearly the end of February. So I contacted the company and it took contact them twice with my order number for them to tell me they had over sold the shoe in my size and they were refunding me my money. Yay, I got my money back. But what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them?!
This is really, really disheartening because I really wanted several pairs of the Monster High shoes but now I'm afraid to even try again for fear they're just gonna take the money and wait me out instead of me actually keeping track of my orders.
