My first ever order I placed with them was over $600 on 2/5/22... I had just gotten my tax refund and was truly excited to get the items... THEY NEVER SENT THEM. It is now 3/1/22 and still nothing and the tracking shows "ready for pickup by the carrier" still. I reached out to them several times after no tracking was listed and they continued to send form letters telling me to wait. After about two and a half weeks of no clothes arriving and the tracking still showing NOTHING, I asked for a refund and was given one. A few days later I tried to reorder (the same items) and that order was refunded and cancelled moments later. I tried again, same... after reaching out to customer service, they stated that I should have waited longer - four weeks for delivery within the same state when their site says five business days? And they have now blocked me with a fraud alert. JUST... WOW. They never sent my items and tracking proves it... and since I asked for money back for the items not received and never shipped... I am now permanently blocked and called a scammer... I am appalled. It would be one thing if tracking showed it as delivered, but NO, tracking shows they never even sent it. Not a single update at all. Also, I wouldn't be trying to reorder the exact same items after I was refunded. I am seriously offended that they would treat a customer who is clearly ready to spend a lot of money with them like this.
