“Never ordering again”

I created an order last year, which some items arrived. They then sent me several emails saying "please take a photo to show it didn't arrive".? How do I take a photo of something that's not here!
Furthermore, they gave me a store credit so I ordered November 29th. The date is may 24th and it still has not arrived.
This store has terrible customer service, and terrible dealings as a store.
