I ordered online a pair of shorts for my son in navy color, received them in beige. I returned them to a Hudson Bay store and a new order for a navy shorts was placed. 2 days later another beige shorts arrived to my address. I called costumer service and spoke with CALEB who acknowledged the mistake and apologized in behalf of the company. Throughout our conversation he had been patient, understanding and respectful. I appreciated not only that he offered an express delivery and a discount with a third order for a NAVY shorts but his professionalism in dealing with costumers.
