The hospital has no compassion. There is no respect, privacy or dignity to patients. They are uncaring and cold. The doctors leave patients abandoned and waiting for long hours. The nurses will disappear. Patient care is poor. If you can, go somewhere else.
Samsbeauty refuses to accept any of my unopened returns, but accepts all my business! Customer service is very unprofessional. I need another place to shop! Any recommendations?

We apologize for the inconvenience. The returns department has processed multiple returns without any problem from you that had been removed from the package and tried on. Those items cannot be resold and were all discarded and you were provided with a refund. Your return from October 2016 was refused due all the items not being in original condition and the consistent return of used items. At this time, the customer service manager informed you were no longer able to return items but could continue purchasing at your own discretion. You continued to purchase from us and have not returned any items since. SamsBeauty will never refuse a customers return without reason. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience of this situation.
