Bough this coat and wore about 5/6 times before I noticed the hood stitching was coming undone. Contacted SB in October to advice of this and sent photo. They didn't reply so contacted them again and eventually they replied in November asking to send photos which I did. I emailed them a further 3 times as had no response. I then tried social media through Facebook to be told it was too late to return. Even though when I first contacted them it was 2 months within the return period. They have ignored this fact stating that it's outside return period and I have to send back to get credit. Coat is out of stock that I originally bought and tbh I'm not sure I would want to replace it like for like anyway due to the issue however they are clearly not adhering to their returns policy for faulty goods. I've asked to make complaint but no one has got back to me. I will avoid this company in future, wish I'd read reviews on their customer service before spending money with them. I wont be settling however and will get advice from trading standards
