I requested for your service the 20th of June for the 21st of June. I talked to one of you guys, and was told that i would only have to pay 120$, I did. And then when i talked to the supervisor, he told me I would have to pay more (which was even more than what i already paid) (230$ to be specific), and I didn't have that much money. If i had known i would have to pay that much I wouldn't have contacted you guys but i wasn't told. After saying that I wanted a refund, i was told i would get it a week ago, and then it keeps being postponed. I have attached all of the proof in this email. I also contacted again one of you guys, and was told I would get it last monday.
