To be honest, I was quite anxious about having the item reviewed, as it was an exceptionally convincing fake. MO's package theft policy is misleading and detrimental to customers. My stolen package claim was denied by MO, with the blame shifted to me despite clear evidence. Abby from customer support was evasive about policy details.

The delivery driver failed to notify us, and I have video proof of improper delivery and theft. FedEx made an error, but MO penalized the customer.

After my disappointing first experience, I will no longer purchase from MO. Their response was to "file a police report" without further assistance. They claimed their policy only covers theft during transit, ignoring evidence of incorrect delivery.

I'm awaiting a response from management before filing a chargeback, but based on other reviews, MO seems uninterested in resolving package issues. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered. Avoid this company.
