We purchased tickets to fly from Washington DC to Nova Scotia in September 2022 and bought travel insurance since my husband has cancer and his treatment was not yet finalized. We were unable to go and filled out all the papers Sky-Tours requested on time. The agent was very solicitous and said we would hear from the insurance company. We inquired regularly and were told we were in the que. Multiple emails and months later (since they have no phone number) we were told they needed our bank information because our credit card had been compromised and replaced. In March 2023 we got a partial refund, short $400. I sent an email asking why so little and how did they reach that amount and have never heard back from them. Insult to injury our bank charged us to receive a wire transfer!
