Recently ordered a dress I was so excited about, however, the quality was insanely poor (VERY similar to Shein quality). I got a different dress at Macys for maybe $20 more that was great quality, so not sure why the quality from here is so bad. I've called, emailed, and reached out on their website to find out about a refund and haven't heard back even though it's past the 24 hours they claim to respond in. All the reviews on the dresses were positive, but I wish I had checked the reviews here before I bought the dress.
