I ordered through lounge fly website that funko owns back in November, week later the order shows unfulfilled, I emailed them and they responded 4 day later with an automated message and a coupon stating it will arrive by Christmas. … Christmas is 30 days away so there is us plenty of time to receive the order by December 16. They emailed me four days later stating the same copy paste email about receiving it before Christmas and the same coupon they sent me last time how am I going to use a coupon on a website that takes a month to deliver items that I paid for instantly it's totally unacceptable very on personable poor customer service and I am even concerned that the items will arrive. Today is December 21 and still no order. Don't sponsor mediocre companies with poor service to us
