First, a 5-star for Cristin. Second, a 3-star for NHL overall. I've spent a ton of money on Kraken gear, my biggest purchase being an autographed jersey. NHL delayed shipment four times saying it was for "COVID" reasons, this excuse went on from October to April. This jersey still to this day shows as "available and will ship in 46 business days." I finally called after the fourth delay and Debbie ensured I would receive communication from the Sports Memorabilia Department. The next day, Cristin reached out to let me know it was actually an issue with the athletes not coming together for signatures. As ridiculous as that was, she actually was able to get an upgraded autographed jersey sent the next day. She checked in periodically to ensure it was received.
I am impressed with Cristin's (and Debbie) customer service skills! The NHL shop, not so much.
