Very difficult to get a hold of the customer service department. I booked a flight from the 22nd of August to 27 of August and I receive an email confirmation for the 22nd of August to the 27th of September!
Very disappointed that this mistake has been made especially that I am traveling in 3 days! At least answer your phone! I have sent 2 emails already and no acknowledgment.
Come on people! This is not good customer service -_-
Please advise asap.
