Placed my order on April14,2015. The confirmation the sent showed that was when the order was received but it wasn't read until April 21. Claimed to have shipped the order on April 28 but, as anyone knows that has purchased by mail order inthe past, "shipped" means We Created a Label. It's now June and no sign of my shipment. Had to go out and buy flea and tick preventative as it's getting to be that season and still no package from Vidals pets. Have dealt with them previously without any problem. Never again. I hope I can come back here and append some good news to this review but not holding my breath...

Vidalspets.com just emailed me. Wanted to verify the address and asked if I would prefer a re-shipment or a refund. I opted for the refund because I can't wait another month and start the whole process over again. Hopefully, more to come...

Well, whaddya know. One day after filing a complaint with Visa, I see I have a refund from Vidals Pets. Should have done this sooner._____________________________________
Conclusion:
I have purchased from Vidals pets in the past without any problem. This experience, however, has cancelled any faith I have in this company. Read the reviews before sending your money. I wish I would have.
