After purchasing multiple products over the year, the quality and customer service seems to be declining. Purchased a Bella Fino phone case and the size specs online don't match the product I was sent and now I have to pay to return for a refund because of their mistake.
Placed an order on a wednesday and expected it to be delivered friday. Paid the extra shipping. Hadn't received my order by Friday so I logged in to check. Was "in production" with delivery on Monday. The customer service stated they weren't responsible for shipping delays. I noted it wasn't a shipping delay... it was a printing delay. And if they were going to tout their ability to print right away and print overnight... then they should hold to that expecation. Awful. Print somewhere else.
