We waited patiently for months for a bed delivery. Every time we contacted the company we were told Vincent is out and they will get back to us. Suddenly, we got an email stating they do not deliver to our area anymore (NY State, Orange County). They asked us to provide a business address and a port for delivery. I had to google it this was a very strange request. Of course we are unable to provide that. They offered to use another shipping company, which we would have to pay for, $120, but their estimated shipping is in 2 more months. At this point we opted for a refund and they have been evasive, hopefully we receive the full refund. This was a complete headache and waste of our time and money. We have many more furnishings to purchase but will obviously go elsewhere. I had never dealt with such poor customer service especially from a company that declares they are customer oriented.
