This is a really easy, but we know the hard part is Cancelling Your Service. You don't make it easy and that frustrates me because I think that is trying to be sneaky with your customer by trying to earn an EXTRA month when they want the service to end. I have experience this with your Website in the past. I am back but I am reluctant because of the Cancelling Feature. Hopefully the cancelling, when it's time, goes better this time.
