Thanks for your feedback. We strive to respond to any negative comments in a prompt fashion, as we often find that users who have a poor opinion of the site have not given it enough of a chance. Your main criticism is that the site costs money in order to send more than one message per day. If you are familiar with the online dating scene you will know that this is more than most sites will allow and the reason we do allow a certain amount of communication for no cost is that we are confident that our number of genuine users (particularly female) will enable affairs to take place for committed users.
Regarding your belief that our site generated a fake reply due to the fact that the woman's message was short - which we can assure you is quite common - this is an accusation that we take very seriously indeed. We invest in both manual moderation and state-of-the-art technology to prevent non-genuine profiles.
