“I ordered in may 2018 never arrived i ask for refound after 8 months they said my refound expired.”

I ordered items in may 2018 after 1 month i wrote for that thay said was on the way. Never arrived after 3 months thay said that my items were missing i ask for a refound on september 2018 they said they will refound in 20 days. Today january 2019 they said that the refound expired? What kind of company is this?

Tip for consumers:
Never use this site. No shipped. No answer. No refound. 8 months waiting for my money and now they said that my refound expired.
