Ordered 3 pair of shoes- cannot wear any of them. One pair was wrong size & the other 2 are too wide. First 2 emails sent were returned as non-deliverable. The third one didn't come back, but also received no response! So, with shipping- I'm out over $88! Lesson learned- if not familiar with company- don't order!

Have been waiting since June for a damaged replacement frying pan. Every month or so I get an email, but still no pan! Two months ago they said it was shipping in 3 or 4 days & asked to verify my address- which I did to no avail!
And - I'm not even that crazy about the whole set to begin with since it's so heavy, but that's my problem. Just want the replacement before next year!

Returned a pair of sandals due to fit. It's been 6 months & still no refund or credit. Sent 3 emails with no response!
