This independent company represents itself as the office Intuit QuickBooks technical support center. When accidently calling them for technical support and advising I had a paid subscription they advised that it was not the premium service and that it would be an additional $249.00 to get my issue fixed. When they should have said 'We are an independent company that provides support for Intuit QuickBooks software. It sounds like you already have paid for technical support through Intuit, please call them.'.
While under the impression that they were the office Intuit site representative I gave them my credit card and allowed them remote access to my desktop! They only refunded me $100 after complaining.
