DO NOT ORDER! Terrible service and quality. I received a damaged dress with holes in it and incorrect measurements. I sent pictures and tried to work with them on how to receive a refund. The most they wanted to refund was 5% and I get to keep the dress which doesnt do anything. I cannot wear the dress so why would I want to keep it? A different person emailed me back each time with a generic, duplicated email response. I also received a reply email telling me I should ignore the problem. See the email below:

Can you believe it?! There were holes in the dress! I submitted custom measurements and they were not followed. There was never any ownership of their mistake or the poor quality of the dress. They do not honor their guarantee as stated on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!
