It was months before a missing package was returned to me. I wrote them and asked to bill me as they credited my account for the missing package. Great service, and inexpensive quality workout pants.
3 darn pairs came unglued at the CROTCH. They wont even give a credit. The crotch is NOT where you need glue. It gets hot and damp.
