“Terrible Service-Flowers arrived dead and no refund was issued”

Flowers were sent on 3rd Nov, they arrived dead on 2nd Dec. Giftblooms are refusing to refund despite sending dead flowers. I would never use them again

Customer service is hopeless and they wont refund
