Customer service does not exist. Spent weeks waiting for an order I could not cancel that was supposed to arrive in time for Christmas. Ordered 2.5 weeks before Christmas. Website advertised it for Christmas. They never sent it and after 2 weeks I requested the current ad promotion which supposedly offers free expedited shipping" and they said I couldn't have it. This after 8 emails answered only by auto respond emails and a call to a local shop looking for help.
Not worth it. Fake "concern". This company is worse than Amazon who at least connects you to a person and tried to help.
False advertising!
Tip for consumers:
Do not order online. Go in to the store. Do not believe them. They seem to throw words and promises around. Not even sure I trust how their clothes are made.
