This is the first review I have ever written for anything ever. But I am fed up with nonexistent customer service and blurred lines when it comes to online stores that have no consequences. They are very unclear on how promotional codes work. To them they are the same as having a "sale" meaning you are unable to not only return but exchange for a different size. The customer service, if you're happy, they refer to you as "bestie" if you're not happy, they are short and unapologetic, as if their customer service is run by 16 year olds. There is no phone number so you are not able to have an actual conversation with an actual human. For being an online store one would expect clearer guidelines and some semblance of grace especially when dealing with a new customer. And now a no longer existing customer. For the amount of money spent, and the fact that I only wanted to exchange, I am extremely disappointed.
