I have ordered fly predators from several companies over the years and Spalding is the absolute WORST company I have ordered from. Their first shipment was dead, no signs of life after two weeks, I called to let them know that, they said they'd send a comp shipment pronto, they never shipped it, they admitted it had not shipped when I called them the next month. That next month's shipment also never arrived. We had flies all over the place. I asked each call that someone in the company contact me within 24 hours to let me know they were shipping. They NEVER responded. I cancelled the whole year's subscription and am demanding a refund of the dead early shipments I already paid them. They don't care how they treat their customers and they show utmost disrespect to their customers by refusing to respond to a paying customer when the order failed over and over again.

Petco has ads all over the internet searches selling Renew Gold for horses at 24.04 and yet when you click on it to try to make the purchase Petco charges 36.99 instead. Even if you call customer service they tell you they can't sell it for 24.04 and they challenge you on where you saw their ad price, when told them I saved a screen shot of it and can send it to them then they tell you if you create an account with them you will get a discount equal to giving you the ad price. I created that account and the price still showed the higher price and the customer service person said there is nothing they can do except charge me the higher price and later send me a discount in a partial refund. I'm not stupid. No way are they getting me to click Buy Now at that price and trust them to adjust the price later.

Tip for consumers:
That petco's ads are just bait, they charge a far higher price than they claim.

Products used:
NONE thanks to the lies in the ads and from customer service whose story changed several times during a long conversation trying to con me to buy at a higher price than their ad.

DO NOT SUBSITUTE OTHER ITEMS FOR WHAT I ORDERED. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH, THIS IS FRAUD. If i had wanted those other items I would have ordered them. I already rejected buying those off the shelf when I was in wm numerous times looking for the specific items I later ordered. I was told they were available online instead of on the shelf now. The page showed them as available and I ordered. Then wm made substituions on the very items I went to the extra trouble to shop for and order. Total rip off on wm's part.
