I was charmed by the idea of a seasonal delivery of Swedish goodies from Norsebox - a box full of "hygge" candles? White things? Every three months, surprise me. What I got was disappointment at the contents, unreturnable items I wasn't pleased with, promises of replacing my selections with previous Norseboxes, finally, outright theft of my money! They have no phone number and good luck emailing - No. Ignored, 7? 8? times. My Visa was charged $90 in November, I have been pretty patient hoping for that shipment. Until one week ago when I actually did get an email -that they were charging my credit card to pay for my Spring shipment of overpriced trinkets! I cannot believe the very nerve! I blocked them on my Visa and Visa is crediting my account plus reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

My daughter, trying to save money, tried Priceline's "surprise me" reservation for a 3 day trip to Austin, Texas. They surprised her with a 12 hour layover in Dallas! She tried to call - they don't answer phones on a Sunday. Next day she called - sorry, you waited too long to call! Read the reviews! Deal with the airline directly.

Optum Rx denied coverage for gel shots for extreme pain in my knees; but paid $1300 for a fungus cream for my big toe! I went into the donut hole last year, now I see why -that $1300 puts me close now! Am changing insurance plans because of Optum Rx!
