I made a purchase and my credit card was immediately charged. I've yet to receive package that supposedly arrived November 19. My advice on MY experience do not purchase from this company. Poor customer service! If I could give -10 stars, I would.

On August 15.2023, I called prowinds and had 2 questions: 1) do you have a Jupiter jpc 700 Piccolo in stock; 2) is next day air available. I was told YES to both questions. I was told if the order was completed online before 12 noon central time, it would ship that day. The order was completed immediately after the call ended. On August 16,2023, I had not received any tracking information and in an hour had sent 2 emails and one message via Facebook messenger. After NO response, I called. I was informed messages/emails received and he was trying to get tracking information because he knew the piccolo was needed WEDNESDAY, the 16th, he'd sent order to the Jupiter factory in Tennessee. I still don't understand that transaction. I was later informed oops, it didn't ship on the 15th but absolutely it would be here on the 17th by FEDEX air. Well, I chose to call the person from factory that told Wisconsin it would ship today. I was told Tennessee had the order red flagged, marked urgent on the 15th before 10:30am central time...oops, it wasn't shipped, our fault! But, absolutely it would ship FEDEX air tiday, 16th and be here on 17th. I asked what time and was promised a call back before 5pm central time with delivery information. I received a call at 5pm central time, 6pm my time with "bad news" oops, the piccolo AGAIN did not ship, but absolutely it will ship on 17th! I've never dealt with a more incompetent company. I did tell him, if it doesn't arrive before her football game Friday, I will cancel order. I have no confidence it will ever arrive. But, hey even though I was charged $89.31 for air delivery and over $1100 for the piccolo! They said air freight will be reimbursed. I was told they can't bill credit cards until item has shipped, but Prowinds charged it and if I'm lucky, it may ship tomorrow. Somehow, I have no expectations. If I could give negative stars, I would. I'd never recommend this company.

Incompetence is unbelievable!

Ordered piccolo air next day delivery on 8/15/23; if lucky it should ship on 8/17/23.
