I decided to use this service because it said "get up to 6 free quotes..." and I thought that would help save me some time. NOPE! Minutes after submitting my form, I was contacted by 1 company who I couldn't get off the phone for over 30 minutes. In that time, I had voicemails from 4 other companies and around 10 emails, the amount growing by the minute. The phone calls and emails wouldn't stop coming for the next two days. I even changed my voicemail message to say "if you're a moving company, please hang up and email me instead" because I couldn't keep up listening to voicemails let alone responding! Not only was this time-intensive, but some of the representatives (from other moving companies, I never spoke with anyone from ship-stuff) were quite rude.
All I wanted was quotes from 6 or fewer companies so I could then use my time to research each one through BBB and other channels. Instead of helping, this service dramatically increased my stress levels.
I ended up going with the company I originally wanted to use before I ever went to ship-stuff. What a waste of my time.

An international move the companies probably needed additional information from you. It seems that this what they were trying to obtain. We'll further analyze the process and see how we can make improve this for the future.
