I was pessimistic at first, having received many calls from cash buyer companies. But Cataryna Draper was friendly, knowledgeable and made me comfortable with the thought of selling off market. We got offered a fair price. I had the contract read by a Realtor friend, suspicious of finding hidden things and I was uneducated on how to do this myself. I'm happy to say there was nothing to worry about.
