I ordered a pair of sandals, they didn't fit, I never wore them but Ugg claimed I did and rerun the brand new shoes back! Shocking. Avoid Ugg, I will never purchase from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy online, I returned unused shoes and refused a refund!!
