I ordered 3 items for $300 during the Archive Sale. I did not pay for travel insurance ($15). The packages did not arrive. I send back and forth emails with customer service 16 times and called multiple times. They said because I did not purchase travel insurance, they were not responsible if the package went missing. They said if I did not receive the packages ever then they would not be giving me a refund nor would they ship out replacement items. I told them this was not acceptable as I should not have to pay an extra $15 just to make sure I got what I originally paid for, but they said that was their policy.
I filed a dispute with my credit card and my credit card returned the money to me. I asked them if I could repurchase the items at the same price because I really wanted them and the archive sale had ended, so the items were once again double the price. They said no, they would not be honoring that price for me.
