Way.com/Way app-do NOT use this third party reservation company. I had all documentation and information for a refund for 4 of the 5 days for a parking garage reservation and they will not refund 4 days even though we were only there for 1 hour of parking. The parking garage would have been happy to refund me under the circumstances but I booked thru Way so they gave me the Way customer service phone number which I called right away and left a message. WAY will not reimburse me because I "opened" the reservation even though I had proof that it was closed and hour later. I consider this stealing. I didn't use the service and was willing to pay for the day (hour) I was parked but nope they are keeping all my money.
