SCAM! I ordered a $300+ wig. My American Express was charged and I waited two days for some type of receipt. I called for two days with no answer on the other end. Then, I emailed them and asked them to just cancel the order since I had no receipt proving what I had purchased from them. All this occured within 3 days. No response. Amex is chasing them now.
Products used:
I never received the wig, a response from customer service, nor a copy of a receipt. Just a charge on my American Express card remains as evidence.
