I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've had with a company's customer service. From start to finish, the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth, thanks to the inappropriate attitude of their employees and their lackluster approach to resolving customer issues. First and foremost, the employees at Epiphany Management displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism. When I reached out for assistance, their representative seemed disinterested and even dismissive of my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, Epiphany Management's employees were quick to shift the blame onto me as the customer. They refused to acknowledge their errors or take any steps to rectify the situation. DO NOT SEEK ASSISTANCE HERE!
