I originally posted a review where I was dissatisfied because my product was quite damaged when I received it due to poor packing. The customer service for this company noticed my review, contacted me, and promptly replaced my product. I received my item shortly there after and was thoroughly thrilled. I am completely and utterly impressed with the customer service behind this company. You will not go wrong by ordering from them. Thank you solid bar company for being so attentive to your customers.
Hello Cathy, Thank you for your comment and of course it is disappointing to read it on this review site 2 months after your order was fulfilled, we only wish that you had contacted us directly and sooner as, clearly, there must have been an issue with your particular bar or the small batch it was processed in; we send out dozens of similar bars on a weekly basis and have not encountered anything similar.
