I placed a order early in the morning and it was to be delivered between 9 and 10 on 12/3/23. I work graveyard shift and was called in to work so I had to cancel my order. I called customer service and the lady I spoke to said my order was canceled. I received a e-mail stating my order was canceled. I came home from work to find the groceries in front of my apartment door. All the meat was thawed, warm milk and half of my order missing. I will be contacting corporate and they can come pick up these groceries. I will never ever use this service ever again.

I purchased Fancy Love perfume from Fragrancenet.com with the intentions of receiving it in 1 to 2 business days as I paid the extra to reassure this to happen. Spent hours for 3 days calling the customer service number they provided on their website. Nobody answers the phone because their is no customer service to answer the phone. Send 3 email's and never received a reply to any of them. This is not how you do good business. As a first time customer this will definitely be my last. Shame on you Fragrancenet.com... Shame on you.
