I ordered a dress online this morning, and clicked the "Submit Order" button. It did not process, so I clicked it again. It still did not process. I never got a confirmation number, so I called customer service. They said they did not know what the problem was, so they did it manually for me. They said they would send me an email confirmation right away. It never came, so I called them again to find out why. Apparently, the dress is no longer available. I did not get a message stating that. I just told the lady to cancel the order, and waited for the email. I did get the email stating that it was cancelled. IMO, that was deceptive. I will not purchase anything from them again.
