They've had my husband's wedding band for WEEKS to resize it and have given me one excuse after another as to why I haven't gotten it back yet. They marked it as shipped then suddenly "it didn't pass quality standards" and then lie to the manufacturer of the ring blaming the customer vs taking the blame themselves. I was guaranteed that if it arrived to them on Oct. 13th it would be delivered to me on Oct. 14th, they got it around lunchtime on the 13th and it hasn't been shipped back to me yet! They no longer answer my phone calls, emails, chats, anything…if by chance they do answer a phone call their customer service manager tells me she has no obligation to tell me anything about MY item and why it is not being returned to me and hangs up on me!
I've contacted the BBB, California Attorney General's, the Long Beach Police Department and nobody will help me figure out where the ring is and why I can't get it back!
