I received a defective purse and returned it. The receipt had options for returning items, one of which was the USPS as long as it is insured. It was. They WILL NOT return your cost of shipping if you don't use their return label which I did not receive. Their product was damaged. They owe it. It's not the money, it's the "policy" and attitude. I wanted to have it REPLACED, but they couldn't do that either for some reason.
