They didn't switch my address in their system, even tho on my side it shows the correct address. I changed it 4 weeks ago. I have 3 items that have been shipped to the wrong address. Their "self help" page is horrible. This is their mistake, and their is NO way to get in touch with a live person to fix the issue they caused. I have 2 open cases, to which they have NEVER responded. It is refusing to let me open a third case. Their is no number for an actual human, and this is their mistake. Thry got my money tho. I have contacted all sellerd who say they ship where ebay has my address, and they refuse to help me. Except for one of them! Never use ebay! They will take your money, but you will not be able to fix any mistake from them if something happens to your said item!
