After having major issues with this company, I went to the local FBI office and did a little investigation. It turns out, that while they say these are complete collections, the majority of them have seasons that have not yet been released on DVD. The local agent stated that I am to file a complaint with IC3 (if you google this it will send you where you need to go) and put any information that you have: titles, issues found etc... while dvdcollection4u (also does business as DVD Booth and almost have a dozen other names) does not believe they are bootlegging these television shows, they are! Yes, they say they come from China; however, they lie to customs as to what is in the packages or send them to private addresses in the U. S and then in turn shipped to the person ordering. Please, anyone who has any issues with this company, they are scam artists, the FBI is willing to investigate but they need our information. Contact them through the IC3 address. You just may save someone else from being ripped off.

My mother had me order four different series as a Christmas gift for my dad. It took forever to get an order confirmation and we never did get a tracking number. This should have been a warning signal to cancel the order. Three of the four series came from Indiana and the other came from China and while watching we found missing episodes, repeated episodes from that season or other seasons, television channels showing up on the corners (A&E, Bravo), grainy pictures, episodes so yellow it could not be watch, and the list goes on. We have called customer service and complained; however, we have been told each time "Sorry but our movies come from China and they are not held accountable for piracy." They have an address in California, I've talked to customer service reps in New York, San Fransisco, and Atlanta. Stay away from this company! Even though some individuals have had a good experience, I am finding out that there are more of us that have not.
